Threads of Hope Thrift Store does not process nor provide returns for items sold from the online store.
If you feel the product was sent to you as incorrect, damaged, or not as described, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product in question and we will get back to you as soon as we are able.
Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the continental united states. Note that there are restrictions on some products. All orders will be processed for shipping within three (3) business days.
When you place an order, shipping and delivery dates will be automatically provided for you via email based on the item specifications, your delivery address, and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates and availability for shipment tracking may vary.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page.
